Confirmation of order & shipment
Shortly after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We kindly ask you to double check the shipping address included in this email for any mistakes. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client's costs.
We process your order as fast as we can, we do our best for you. Normal dispatch time is 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. In periods when we have a sale or a collection drop this may take up to 5 business days.
After we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including carrier and tracking info for your order.
We ship packages using standard shipping services. These services include but are not limited to PostNL and DPD.
Customs and import charges
Your parcel is charged for any customs or import duties once it reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, you, of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for the current charges before you order, this way you will not be surprised by any additional costs.
COLD WASH will be liable for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid for by COLD WASH
RETURNS - EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with or your COLD WASH product(s) are damaged, we are sorry about that. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase. If your product(s) is(/are) damaged contact us immediately through email (include pictures and description of damage) so we can provide you with a solution ASAP. Please do not return/send damaged goods back to us without contacting us first.
Our return policy rules that your online purchase may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If accepted we will issue a refund. To return a product please fill in our return form, here you can find more instructions on how to send your return. Our policy terms are as follows:
All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All returned products must be unused/unworn, unwashed and have the original label attached.
Shipping costs for returns are at the customers’ own expense.

We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and unwashed products. You can open and check the contents of your order. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs or socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.
How to Return your Order
The period in which products have to be returned is 30 days after ordering. For products purchased during our online sale we do not offer returns, but exchanges may be made depending on the products availability. Products have to be returned unused, unwashed and with the original labels still attached. COLD WASH does not cover return costs.
Fill in the return form and add a printed version of it to the package. Because of sustainability we do not include a printed return form in our orders, you can download our return form on our website.
Add a note with “return” and your order number to your package.
Note: If your order is international please write “Returned goods, no commercial value” on your package (see shipping page for countries we consider “international”).
The order is now ready to be returned. Please ship the package at a postal service of your liking to:

Please always hold on to the shipment/tracking receipt, this way you have proof of shipment.
Please use registered mail to ship your return(s), COLD WASH cannot be held liable for missing items if not shipped using registered mail.
Once received we will do our best to process your return ASAP.
Exchange and Refunds
We will offer an exchange or refund when the product is defect, we will also offer exchange or refund for unworn items returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and with original labels attached) and packaging, with the return form completely filled in. Tailored or altered goods are not subject to our exchange or refund policy as well as made-to-order or pre-ordered items (this includes but is not limited to the slim fit LASERED JEANS as well as "lasered-to-order" jeans).
All responsible return costs are at the customers’ own expense. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items that are returned faulty and show signs of damage that can/are not (be) the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted and/or be refunded. “Faulty” items includes any accidental, malicious or wearer related damages to products. In addition, underwear briefs and socks cannot be returned or exchanged (for hygienic reasons).
Refund time and method
Once we receive your return it will take approximately 2 days to process the return. As soon as we have approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund. If your return is not approved we will contact you ASAP via the email address we have of you. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used when purchasing your order.
Please note that shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
If you have not yet received your refund in the above stated estimated time, we are sorry about that. Please first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that it always takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you checked your account and did not receive your refund (within the estimated time) please contact us through email@example.com. Please include your order number and tracking code/shipment receipt.
